Tender Petals Facilitator Orientation Program 2026 in association with ECDF was successfully held on 28th February at the IRIS Boutique Hotel. ????
The session was thoughtfully designed to empower and build the capacity of our Partners, Centre Heads, and Franchise Leaders. It turned out to be an incredibly enriching and enlightening experience for everyone present.
With the enthusiastic participation of 55+ members, the day-long orientation focused on the most pertinent and contemporary topics in early childhood education — strengthening leadership, refining pedagogical practices, enhancing operational excellence, risk management and aligning with the vision and values of Tender Petals.
We are grateful to each participant for their active involvement and dedication to continuous professional development. Together, we continue to raise the standards of quality early years education.
